Why Faces of Sola exists:
Faces of Sola exists to recognize and elevate the independent beauty professionals who help shape Sola every day.
This program gives visibility to Pros whose leadership, craft, and perspective strengthen the community — and brings their real-world insight into how Sola continues to grow.
We are looking for Pros who:
- Lead with purpose, positivity, and integrity
- Support, mentor, or uplift others in their studio or community
- Innovate in their craft, business, or client experience
- Give back through service, generosity, or leadership
- Are proud to represent independence at Sola with professionalism and pride
- Are excited to share their story authentically
- Have been part of the Sola community for at least one year
The Visionaries 2026 experience:
If selected, participation can include:
- National recognition as a Faces of Sola Visionary
- Professional photography and video storytelling opportunities
- Features across Sola marketing and industry channels
- Invitations to participate in local and national industry moments
- A seat in a Pro advisory group contributing insight and perspective
- An immersive retreat focused on wellness, growth, and connection
Visionaries play an active role in shaping Sola’s presence in the industry by bringing forward ideas and opportunities for how Sola can show up in the industry — through their voice, leadership, and participation.
Visionaries are expected to:
- Represent Sola through authentic storytelling
- Participate in select photo and video shoots
- Share insights quarterly to help improve the Pro experience
- Engage consistently with the Sola community
- Show up professionally and positively
Time commitment note: This program is designed to be meaningful, not overwhelming

How selection works:
- Pros apply directly to the program
- Franchisees provide a simple endorsement
- Applications are reviewed by a national panel
- Final selections are based on leadership, storytelling, community impact, and professionalism
- Cohorts reflect a diverse mix of markets, specialties, and perspective
